PT Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana (PJUC) held a guest lecture at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) Arjawinangun. The event aimed to provide in-depth insights into operations in the upstream oil and gas sector and share valuable experiences regarding the challenges faced after graduating from university.

The event was attended by approximately 120 students from the Petroleum Engineering program at ITB Arjawinangun. The main speaker at the event was Mr. Hadi Ismoyo, the President Director of PT PJUC, who is also an experienced practitioner in the upstream oil and gas field. During the session, he shared his experiences and knowledge about the company's operations in the energy sector and the challenges faced in the professional world.

In addition to Mr. Hadi, the event was also attended by Ms. Alexandra Sinta, the Technical Director of PT PJUC, who provided material on the technical roles within the upstream oil and gas industry and how students can prepare themselves to contribute to this sector.

The event gave students the opportunity to learn directly from industry practitioners and gain a more realistic perspective on the workforce, especially in the upstream oil and gas sector. The speakers emphasized the importance of practical skills, mental readiness, and the ability to quickly adapt to a challenging work environment once they enter the professional world.

PJUC hopes that through this event, Petroleum Engineering students at ITB will gain broader insights into the energy sector and be better prepared to face the challenges of the professional world after graduation.
