The Petrogas Ultra Microfinance program was introduced as an economic empowerment initiative aimed at helping ultra micro entrepreneurs break free from loan sharks. Through an interest-free financing scheme with no administrative fees, no collateral, no penalties, and no asset confiscation, the program is implemented in Ponorogo, Magetan, and Pacitan Regencies as a concrete effort to strengthen small-scale community businesses.

In 2025, a total of IDR 30,000,000 in CSR funds was distributed under a qordhul hasan (benevolent loan) scheme. Each beneficiary received IDR 1,000,000 in business capital assistance to support the sustainability and growth of their ultra micro enterprises. Cumulatively, the total funds allocated to this program have reached IDR 105,000,000.

The program significantly contributes to improving the economic welfare of communities in Ponorogo, Magetan, and Pacitan. The burden-free financing model effectively helps beneficiaries escape exploitative informal lending practices.

By providing qordhul hasan-based capital support, the initiative strengthens local economic independence and enables ultra micro entrepreneurs to operate their businesses more optimally, sustainably, and independently.
